In 2023 and 2024, the Group laid a strong foundation for its electric future by expanding its portfolio of battery electric vehicles (BEVs), including the introduction of the Audi Q8 e-tron or the Audi SQ8 e-tron to the Australian market. These launches marked a significant step in integrating electric mobility into the Group’s broader sales strategy. By 2025, this momentum continued with the introduction of additional BEVs – such as the debut of the iconic Volkswagen ID. Buzz , Volkswagen ID. Buzz Cargo, Volkswagen ID. 4, Volkswagen ID. 5 or Audi Q4 e-tron and Audi Q6 e-tron. In 2026, Volkswagen Group Australia will expand its offering with the introduction of 10 new Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) models across our brands.
